“Came out 2 times in 6 months. Seems a bit light. We had roaches, palmetto bugs, and ant infestations that happened after they sprayed and did their whole walkthrough. We did not have this bad of an issue previously. I called to cancel and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude telling me I haven’t called and let them know of the issue… what do you think my call was for? To tell you there was an issue and we didn’t want to continue after trying it out for 6 months and saw no improvement and honestly it got worse. She hung up on me and didn’t confirm I was canceled or anything. Horrible customer service, if you are losing a customer blaming them for “not calling and letting you know” is horrible. How about apologizing that we still were having pest issues and offering to help? She was belligerent on the phone and just so rude. Hope you all can learn to treat your customers better.”
