“Like many of the other negative reviews here, their “natural” pest control treatment just doesn’t work. They say to call when we start seeing bugs, instead of treating proactively. Per Angela, this is because they use the least amount of product possible to see results. The last time they came out to treat, the communication by the tech was subpar and he left without stating what all he did and before I could even request the garage to be sprayed. When speaking on the phone with Angela about it, she said they don’t normally spray the garage; however, in the past they have always sprayed the garage when we’ve asked since that’s one of the main areas we see roaches and ants. I asked if we could cancel our treatment plan and receive a pro-rated refund and she said they don’t do that. Our plan is good until August so when I asked to have someone come out weekly until then she said no because the products they use work for several months and that she would close out our account (and therefore not have anyone come out to treat the remainder of our contract). Now, exactly 3 weeks since they’ve been out to treat, we have a new swarm of ants in our kitchen, which just truly shows how impotent their products are. As others have also said, you can never get ahold of anyone in the office. I was informed by Angela you must leave a voicemail so they call you back, which can be very inconvenient. Overall, if natural pest control is what you are looking for regardless of the efficacy of it, then this company may appease you. Their termite system we have been using seems to be working, however the in-home and yard treatment is not.”

“Due to some pretty hefty medical bills throughout the past year, we were seriously considering not renewing our contract w/ Earth’s Best, in fact Ryan was there to collect the subterranean traps. (When you go on retirement, the $ doesn’t go as far). He truly was not pushy, but did offer reminders of what was provided in the past. And in the end, not only did he inspect a couple of areas in the house, he took the time to treat the hot spots right then. So, yes, we gladly renewed our contract for the next year.”
