“They don't even deserve 1 star. I went back and read reviews and they seem like a reputable company. However, I read some that commented on customer service and how rude the people are. I dealt with Craig and he is the most rude, greedy, and cold hearted person I've ever talked with. First I just needed a termite inspection, no termites, but the guy roped me into a maintenance contract. Oh well it was only $500 more that way, but I paid up for 5 services with 1 remaining. My Mom was diagnosed with cancer and I moved in with her to care for her. I contacted the office to let them know the property was empty and to please stop service. What I got was no consideration for my situation and pay up. My mom has since passed and this was not something I paid much attention to, but Craig did!!! I received a letter today and he turned me over to collections within 4 months and tacked on an extra $100. I will never recommend this company to anyone!”
