“I signed up for the service plan where they come out quarterly. When signing up I was told if we have any problems we should just give them a call. During the summer we noticed a few ants so I called left messages but nobody ever got back to me. So I had to address it myself. Seems pointless to have a pest control service when they will not return phone calls and come fix an issue. In addition, they do not provide a time window as to when they will come out for the quarterly service. This requires the homeowner to be at home all day waiting for the technician to come out. The only positive thing I can say is the technician did a thorough job and is very friendly. However, the administration of this company is terrible so I would not recommend. I will be cancelling my service and going with someone else.”
