“The service provide was good, however, I wasn’t given a time frame of when to expect them to show up. I received a 30 minute notice on the day of treatment. I had to take the entire day off work. I would suggest giving your customers at least a two hour window, 3-5 days in advance to ensure we can accommodate the service. Also, I was not explained that my service was going to be the full “roach” service again. I thought that was only the first treatment. This is what the tech thought he was supposed to do today. If that really was the case I would have needed more notice to prep my home and get my dog out of the house . I settled for an errands Ed pest treatment instead. Hopefully I will get charged correctly. I guess I’ll see.”
