“Contacted Borland and they sent a young man out to look at the property and determine where mice or potentially bats might be getting in to attic. He did a great job and showed me everything he found including pictures from attic and roof. Borland sent me an estimate and I agreed to that estimate. Someone came out different than the original guy to do the work. I actually think it might have been the owner. I had to point out a place outside that he missed from the initial inspection and reminded him of a spot on the north side of attic. He told me it was all completed and I paid him the agreed amount. I later had to go in the attic for a different reason and discovered the spot on north side of attic was not done. I have tried twice to get them to respond asking them when they would come out and complete agreed to work and they will not respond. My recommendation would be to find someone else. I am a man of my word and I expect other people to be the same. If you give an estimate for work based on the initial assessment I expect the work to be accomplish. UPDATE UPDATE Apparently when I tried calling them they were on vacation. They have been in contact and came out and rectified the work that had not been accomplished. I am convinced that they made an honest mistake and they have rectified the situation and did a good job.”

It's important to note that I am not the only individual affected by this. There are several others who are also owed money by this company. The dishonesty displayed has had a significant negative impact, affecting not just me but also my team, who rely on this income to support their families.
