“Hired these guys for mole removal. They charged me $400 for traps that aren't designed for moles. The technician is a very nice man, but AMPM has lousy billing policies. No refunds, no credit whatsoever. I won't be using them again.”

“We've been on Ampm pest control service for 9 years at least. They have an office in Seattle, and that's who we work with. We get text messages and/or an email saying that we're scheduled for such and such time. And with a response number if we can't do that. They handle it. Then they text when they're on the way. If I ever have any questions, I can call the Seattle office and get some commentary from them, and the technicians that come to visit. They've upped their game in terms of communication to the customer. That has been positive in terms of our experience.”
