“First let me start my saying that I never leave reviews. I just feel that I have to warn people about this company. Horrible service. First they treated for bedbugs which I had to replace all bedding because they didn’t get rid of them. Second they did my crawl space which was a nightmare. It took them 11 months. They work one day and you don’t see them for weeks until you keep calling office looking for them. November was a year and now I’m call for them to send the inspector for final inspection. They had no document of my down payment had to go to the bank to retrieve my check. Just Horrible. I never experience service like this before”

“First off let me state that I hardly ever leave reviews good or bad. This company has dropped the ball with me over and over again; I feel like it would be wrong not to warn people. They moved my stove to treat behind it but did not put it back before leaving(they did come back same day). I don't know how but they broke the oven door(my guess is by pulling it out of the space it was in). After leaving several messages I finally spoke with the owner about it. I explained that I am sure it was an accident and I was not looking for them to purchase me a new stove but I did want some type of compensation because they indeed broke it. His response is that his guys said they didn't and he has no reason to not believe them, but he would come to look at the damage I was speaking about. Not one time did anyone follow up with me after my service that they stated they would do. With all this going wrong I still was trying to work with them. Hoping that the owner/ company was really that busy and not just ignoring me hoping I will go away. I own two investment properties and manage a multifamily housing with over 200 units; so I know things can fall through the cracks plus I was desperate to get the mice out of my house. Today I followed up with them, because like I said earlier nobody follows up. I will admit my tone was not inviting but I was not rude or disrespectful. The rep was not listening to help me solve my problem; she was listening simply to respond how it was the tech fault for her not following up even though nobody ever followed up. It was such a disaster and she was so vile and rude I was lost to what I should do, and of course the owner calls me back today to set an appointment to look at my damage again; but at this point I was so beat down by their antics I did not want to waste my time anymore setting an appointment that history shows he was not going to keep. I just informed him that I hired another company to assist me and I will not be using his service again. I lost at the end of the day. I paid over $200 for them to come out and leave poison and some glue boards that I could have purchased at Lowes. My oven is broken and I have to start over with a new company. I want to end this with how I began this review. I never leave a review good or bad. So you know the service had to be horrible for me to take out to complete something I never do. You have been warned.”
