“I won't tell you they are the cheapest around. They are less expensive than my previous service with a large chain. Savings for me important, not critical factor. My previous company had good service, a really good local service rep, and prices were close. Why did I change? Got tired of the company dictating when service scheduled. They never asked if it fit my schedule. Just get a note it was scheduled on this day at this time. I talked to them, very unapologetic. I get message appointment scheduled this day, this time. I could call and reschedule, but never offered open time frames that may fit my plans. Then I got invaded by rats. They offered to drop off a couple of traps. APS sent Danny out to investigate. The rat service was not cheap, but it resolved my problem. Danny was polite, LISTENED to my problems, then offered a resolution in a timely manner. Going with a decent quality local company was an easy decision. I'm glad I made it! APS takes care of my needs at reasonable cost. Latest service was completed by Danny's wife, Dallas Brantley. She did a good job, was professional and knowledgeable. She took time to ensure she found and resolved my issues and concerns. Good job young lady.
