“This transition from Aberdeen Exterminating to Bugout is a nightmare. I just received a termite warranty invoice for a policy I paid back in January. The poor customer service lady said my account balance was zero I shouldn't have received this, please disregard the bill that says final notice. She said many customers are getting erroneous statements... I already cancelled my pest service with these folks after the guy spent less than 15 minutes doing my quarterly pest treatment. I figured they could handle a once a year termite inspection still but more issues is one step closer to being a former customer. Update 1/16/2024: I never received a call from the company as they responded would happen. Additionally, they schedule a second ANNUAL termite inspection on January 12th. I called to let them know this was already done in December, even spoke to the local operations manager about the ongoing issues. He was going to call me back later in the day to clear everything up. That never happened, they still sent out the tech to do the inspection, and now I have another bill for the service. This company is so messed up!!!! I would strongly advise you go elsewhere. If it wasn't for my Termite Bond I would be gone myself.”

“I am a very frustrated Bugout Aberdeen NC customers. There is no response at all from this company. Tech cam to check my house. I asked about the bait traps and servicing them. He said they didn't use them and would have to have is boss get back to me. Waited several weeks and no reply. Couldn't find local number so called 800 number. They would not answer questions on the traps and said hey said they would have to have local manager reach out to me. 10 days later still nothing. When I look at how horrible all the recent reviews are I have to question if this is who I should have protecting my home. I have spoken to neighbors and they are frustrated as well with repeat billing and other problems.”

“I have received five bills from Bug Out for service since paying the bill for their yearly inspection in September. After getting the forth bill in October I called the company, explained I had paid the bill and informed them that the check I wrote for it had cleared my bank in September. The employee I talked to said they showed that the bill had been paid. I told her that they had issues they needed to work out. Work is done in NC, bills are sent out from PA and payments are sent to Ohio. There is definitely issues between the different sites. She stated that she would take care of the problem. About two weeks ago I received a copy of my year warranty and I thought the issue had been cleared up. Today I received another bill for the services I had already paid for in September. I plan to call again tomorrow to see if I can get this issue straightened out. Next year I plan to look at other sorces for my yearly termite inspection. Rating this coming a one is pushing it higher than it should be. Other people in the community I live in have complained about the same issue.”
