“Extremely shady business. Last year I used them for one time issues. The agreements I signed and paperwork all say “one time service”. Today, I wake up to see they attempted to charge me $194 for an annual service that I never agreed to or need. When I called in they claimed to play dumb about it. The bad thing is I liked their service last year, but anyone who tries to pull this type of stunt cannnot be trusted. Stay away”
