“They were good for a while. Last service the tech walked around the property for maybe 2 minutes then left. Didn't address the ant hills, the wasp nest, and did not spray. Sent multiple emails concerning this and was eventually told it was taken care of. Received an email telling me they were going to send me to collections. I responded with summation of the concern and that I was not paying for a service that was not provided. The company's response "Not a problem. We can send to collections and it can be handled that way. Have a good day."”

“WARNING! BAD BUSINESS CONDUCT!!! 1. The sales rep lied about the cost and frequency of the service. 2. We canceled the plan before a second treatment was done but reliant claims the treatment was made. 3. They are trying to bill us and threaten us with collection over a service we never received - That's two team members who lied and a company who does not take responsibility over their actions, treats customers horrible and follows some very questionable business conduct. I never post reviews like this but i feel like our community should be warned!”

“I dont like the service and treatment to customer . They did not delivery the service as promised . Had to request 3 times to install rat bait box but still service is not done . Asked front office to make sure they should not spray on my herbs and plants and they clearly ignored it as that notes was not at all updated in my request . but later once i told tech they followed my instructions . When signed up that salesperson told all kind of good things and yes to everything but when it comes to service then they will tell all kind Not possible answers. If i call and request for a service they will not send anyone immediately and i have to wait again for 5 more days. As they did late service Rats came inside my garage and not sure where all they went . Probably in attic . I would say Techs who we see are hard working and nice guys but issue with the company front office staff and sales persons who is doing all the mess .”
