“I spoke with someone by the name of Joe Martinez, and when I tell you, it does not matter if they are management everything about this place is unprofessional I would not recommend them to my worst enemy a guy sit in his truck on his phone for 20 minutes while my car is running because they asked us to leave. I waited in my property just so I would be able to clarify with him. Everything was done so he could exterminate not wanting to leave and come back home having them say they could not exterminate so all I wanted to do was have an understanding the exterminator was so rude because I called him out about sitting in his car 20 minutes while my car was running so I could leave to get out of his way , this guy went as far as threatening to have me evicted mind you I have OCD never had bugs before I’m being told by my property manager that it’s because of previous tenants moving any who do not use this company. They are unprofessional and lazy. Dear worldwide, I can only do what is asked of me off of the list. Do not expect customers to read you all’s mind”
