“We have a standing contract with Chem-free for pest and rodent control. Recently, a opossum started living under our house leading to fleas getting in our home and biting my young children every night. Chem-free's response has been absolutely terrible. First of all, their system was down when the initial tech came out, thus preventing them from scheduling our treatments immediately. I was assured someone would call me to schedule them first thing in the morning. By 10 AM, I finally called them and was told no one could service our home for at least 3 more days. Then, no one told us ahead of time that we would need to be out of our home for at least 4 hours when they came to spray. We had, in no way, prepared to be out of the house for that long and the end of the 4-hour window would been well after my kids' bedtime. The tech promised he would get us on the schedule for the next day, but to no avail and we were forced endure fleas for FOUR MORE DAYS. (Yes, I am now using uppercase so you know I'm pissed.) Just yesterday, Chem-free was supposed to come back and spray under the house again to continue to keep the opossum away, but no one came. Based on this morning's condition of the home-made mechanism we hitched up to block the entry point on the side of our porch to keep the opossum out, it has clearly gone back under the house and we will likely have to start this terrible process all over again. The incompetence of this company in handling this situation has been so egregious that we are planning to cancel all of our services with them.”

“Chem Free Organic Pest& lawn Services is a great resource to help you with pest and lawn care. They really helped with many ants mounds and insects on my back and front lawns. Since it’s been so hot and dry, no rain; after several applications of pesticides, our two dogs and family were able to move around freely. Also their Mosquito treatment really helped our patio area since we are close to a green belt area. The service men were Most Courteous and always alerted me before their arrival.
