“Been a customer for a few months now. Paying $65 a month for the quarterly spraying in and out along with termite inspections. Had a lizard in the house so gave them a call. They couldn’t get to my place for 6 days for a 5 minute job laying glue traps. Called the day before they were supposed to come to let them know when I’ll be at work and they said they wouldn’t be able to make it work so I’d have to reschedule. After asking a few simple questions the lady said they can drop off the glue traps. If all they’re doing is putting glue traps down why should I wait six days. They could’ve just sent those in the mail or something. Would’ve gone and got the traps myself if I wasn’t already paying for their service. Customer service says what they think you want to hear so you can end the call. Didn’t seem bothered by anything and didn’t care how nonsensical the situation was. Wouldn’t recommend to an enemy. Go anywhere else.”
