“I had a disappointing customer experience. On 9/16, I paid for the service to get a termite certificate for a house I’m buying as it’s a requirement for my lender. On Monday, after paying for the service over the phone, I was told they would email me the certificate and they didn’t. On Tuesday, 9/17, I called again and I was told that there is only one person who can send the certificate and that she will do it as soon as she gets to work. On Wednesday, 9/18, I called again and was told the only person who can send the certificate is at a class but she will do it in the afternoon. On Thursday, I still did not receive the certificate and I called several times but no one answered. I also left a message and no one called back. On Friday, I called several times and was once again ignored. I think they recognized my phone number and in realizing they were in the wrong, were going out of their way to not answer my call. By Friday late morning, I finally received the certificate. I don’t understand why only one person can do this. I also don’t understand why it took 4 days to receive something I paid for when I was told the certificate was sitting on someone’s desk and just needed to be scanned/emailed over. I also don’t appreciate how they consistently ignored my phone calls.”
