“We’ve never had any issues with the techs, but we are cancelling our termite bond with Knox because Stephanie does not accept boundaries, nor does she accept no as an answer. We just had a tech show up, again, without us scheduling the service. So previously, we have not been home and had to send them away, or days like today where we’re all sick in the house and not in the mood to deal with pest control on a day we didn’t schedule them. We’ve also been customers since 2021, and she still calls me mister. I am not a man, I have never claimed to be a man, I do not look like a man, I do not sound like a man. Not sure what her deal is, but it’s disrespectful.”
