“We had a deeply disappointing experience with this company. We hired them to safely remove a mother dog and her puppies from our property, and paid a $700 deposit up front. Despite multiple communications, they ultimately refused to do the job, citing a range of inconsistent excuses. On the very same day they declined to help, we were able to successfully work with another rescue organization who removed all of the dogs without issue. This clearly demonstrated that the job was not only possible—it could be done quickly and safely with the right team. To make matters worse, they refused to refund our $700 deposit, despite not completing (or even attempting) the work. We trusted them to handle a sensitive and time-critical situation, and they let us down completely. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or ethical service.”
