“Just had a totally unnecessary argument with one of their employees over the phone. I didn’t get the chance to get her name, but her attitude and lack of respect for a customer of over 13 years was uncalled for. It seemed to bother her that my number was recently changed so they were unable to contact me for November service so it was skipped. I called today to schedule a service and my schedule did not seem to work for her. I have a 1yr old who has a 102 fever and didn’t think the day she wanted to send someone out would work for him, and I could tell by her unprofessional response to that she did not agree. Hopefully they don’t treat their other customers the same way. Especially those of us that have been with this company for so long, and that this disrespectful woman does not represent management at this company, as I have had no issue's with this company till today!”

“The technician was on time. We discussed what needed to be addressed. He asked about accessing the backyard which was good, but I had to remind him to treat the inside of my shed for the carpenter ants as well as the outside of the shed. For the amount of money I was being charged, I thought treating the inside of the shed would be a given. I also asked him about the hole near the roof in the front of my house and he showed me the product he used to deter the squirrels. I was told by Todd that the technician was going to use a metal plate, but the technician explained the area was too small for a metal plate. I hope the squirrels stay away with the product he used because I have had issues with squirrels before. The technician also performed my quarterly service with the addition of the yard. Keeping my fingers crossed that the carpenter ants and squirrels stay away.”
