“My wife and I contracted with All-Pro Pest Services when we bought our house in 2015 and always appreciated the services they provided. We sold our home in December of 2024, and that is when the professionalism of their staff really showed. I needed to get an upgraded retreat/repair contract in place in order to get the house sale to move forward, and Stacey Wills was extremely helpful. From scheduling the inspection and liquid barrier installation to running point answering the buyers questions and explaining in detail more than once the ins and outs of the coverage, Stacey Wills went above and beyond in her capacity as a customer service representative. “As a client of All pro pest for years, I have never been treated with such disrespect in my entire life. I simply called to address yet another no show and was met with extreme disrespect; I have never dealt with this type of combative behavior in my life. The lady proceeds to yell at me and insist that it was my fault for not being available, after a 30-minute late appointment. It is extremely disappointing to continue working with a pest company that frequently miss appointments and treat clients with the upmost disrespect. To yell at me this morning because of another failed show-up is ridiculous. The pest guys that come out are the absolute best and so professional, but the office staff are the most unorganized folks that I have ever encountered. I am extremely disappointed and upset to be treated so poorly today. Update: upon talking to my staff and reviewing the camera, my staff left at 5:57pm, so they never showed up (including the 30 minutes after in which they insisted - They were a no show).”
