“This company is a complete fraud. I had verbally set up a payment plan to retreat my house with the women in the office who was communicating with Brent, the owner. He showed up at my house without an appointment. This is what they do, very unprofessional. He looked in my storage room and said he was going to inspect underneath. I was watching him through my windows. He was not dressed to go underneath the house nor did he put on any coveralls. He walked along the back of my house tapping on the walls. Then I heard my doorbell. He handed me a bill for $360.00. I asked him what exatly did he do? He told me he sprayed underneath. I know he did not go under my house, because I could see him through the widows. This guy looked me straight in my face and lied. I had put a down payment . When I realized what he was trying to do. Which is scam me, I called his office and told them to cancel it and refund my down payment. Then I get a call from the owner, Brent practically begging me not to cancel. I told him I had made up my mind. I called Terminex and they came inspect my house for free. The guy confirmed what I knew. The guy with Al's Pest Control never went under my house. I have been calling Al's Pest Control to refund my money. They will not return my call. They took my money for doing absolutely nothing.”
