“Came fog twice in three months. Gave me a discount because they took four hours to get to my house. Made us stay out till 8pm at night because of the four hour wait after it’s fogged. Ridiculous!! Fogged and the day after there were still roaches running around. My dryer was broke so I had clothes in the laundry room. They took a picture without my consent. They had the nerve to send it to me when I called and complained because the fog didn’t work. The roaches weren’t even in the laundry room. If they knew what they were doing they would have known where they were nesting. Bad communication and horrible people skills. I do not recommend them one bit. Never heard from them again and they knew I was highly pissed and unhappy with their service. I own a business and never would I treat a client like that. Like I didn’t know my dryer was broken and I had clothes on the floor. I’m sure there are laws against taking pictures in peoples houses without permission. Sad Dons, just pathetic!!!”
