“I love the field service team at Don's. I have been using them, and so has my family for years. The main office is the only time I ever run into issues. Last time I called, they charged me for appointments without ever truly confirming what I was paying for. Because of this, I was charged nearly $300 in appointment fees that were supposed to be over several months. When I asked to be refunded, I was told it would be a multi-department effort. Weird that it's so easy to take my money though. Only staying for the field service.”
