I was pleased with Mr Nadirs visit but perplexed with why J&J Exterminating dropped the ball after we had treatment for the same problem in 2021. After all I have had service with this company for over 5 yrs. Update: today I had the pleasure of meeting Donald and Randal who wanted to f/u. I do indeed have those pesky beetles but they are in the wooden floor not under the house! They recommended the replacement of the affected boards. I learned so much these last two days!
