“What an amateur hour. 1) Called on a Friday, explained my rodent problem in detail. Initial service was scheduled for the following Wednesday. Was told they would call me when they were on their way. Received an online contract to fill out which specifically noted prices and that it was for rodent treatment. 2) Technician didn't call in advance, he called from in front of my house. I told him to just come up and ring the doorbell. He arrived with pesticide. I told him this was rodent treatment, and he said he was told it was just regular extermination and he'd have to go get some traps and come back. I assumed he meant that day, since no further arrangements were made. 3) Called the office. Was told there were no comments in the order that it was for rodents. I told him I thought the technician was coming back. He couldn't tell me what was happening with the technician, and said they'd call me back. I said I needed this done today, or I'd have to go elsewhere. 4) The original person I spoke to Friday called back and apologized for not including appropriate information on my order (as if the written contract shouldn't have told them?). He offered to reschedule, but I reiterated that I thought this was handled poorly and if they couldn't do the service today, I'd go elsewhere. He, too, had no idea what was going on with the technician. (How has nobody still checked with him?). By this time it was 3 or 3:15. 5) Didn't hear back by 4:45, so I called another company before everything closed. 6) He called back again at 5:15 and said he couldn't do it today and he'd reschedule me at half price. I said I'd already made another appointment, and he offered it for free. Nice response, but too late. That offer should have been made initially. As I explained to them, as soon as this got screwed up, someone in management should have taken control and seen to it that I was serviced ASAP. But nobody was even talking to the actual technician! As soon as I called about the problem, the person I spoke to should have contacted the technician to see what was going on, instantly offered to re-schedule me at a discount, reviewed my service request with me, and confirmed a new appointment. I think he was more interested in staying out of it and making the person who made the initial error have to deal with the angry customer. They were just so incompetent that I lost confidence in their ability to do the job.”

“Been a customer for years. Usually the service is great, this time not so much. They sent out this old guy to do my service, he could barely walk. Said he had bad knees. He could barely walk up the stairs. The service wasn’t good, he just went through the motions. I told him not to do the entire house because I felt sorry for him. Next time send someone that can physically do the job.”
