“UPDATED 10/2/23: I am happy to report that the manager (Veach) ended up making good on both our account and service issues and personally came to our home to treat it. I am updating from a 1 star to a 4 star. I appreciate the accountability Veach took, although it was not him whom we had issues with, and the responsibility to put the necessary corrections in place to address our concerns. I am not a negative reviewer - in fact, this is my very first poor review. However I feel obligated to leave this review in hopes that other customers do not have the same experience as we did. There were several issues with our account - from billing, to actual treatment services, to customer service, the list goes on. After several attempts to get in touch with a manager, I was told he would be looking into it and gave detailed next steps. Then.... silence. Several weeks have passed and he has not followed up nor can I get in touch with anyone in the office to discuss. It's been a nightmare as we continue to deal with pest issues in the home that i'm told they have been servicing (I WFH and have checked ring cameras and can confirm that they have not been here). We will be terminating our service and looking for another pest control provider.”
