“the "Before" and "After" present the story accurately. we recently built a new home to retire with our goals being to improve our health and just take life more easy - which includes having the best lawn in the neighborhood. After two grueling years with poor results, I broke down and hired a lawn care company - Aspen Lawn & Pest Control. our UGLY lawn was beaten down due to a broken sprinkler system (Aspen fixed); grub infestations (Aspen fixed); followed by moles & voles (Aspen fixed). “I have used Aspen for a couple year with good results (trees, irrigation, etc...), but they have changed. This year they showed up and said I ordered a Fungicide treatment for my trees/bushes. I did not order the service and the person that showed up at my house with no heads up was here 2 minutes and charged me $107. He sprayed for less than 1 minute. I have Ring cameras around the entire house, and no one even walk around it. The person parked at my house at 8:46am, got out of their truck at 8:48am and left at 8:50am. Part of that 2 minutes was putting an Aspen sign in my yard. When I spoke to their office, they said they would refund the charges. I final got a refund after my 3rd attempt. This is after I had them work on my irrigation system last Fall and they charged me over $500 to replace 7 sprinkler heads. They really feel like they can take advantage of repeat/partner customers. I will no longer use Aspen for anything at my house because they cannot be trusted.”
