“We just signed up to be a new customer. They missed 2 appointments right out the starting gate. Said they were short staffed. Someone finally showed up and spread fertilizer but no weed control. The weeds are as tall as my Golden Retriever. I've been sending emails and not getting a response. Fired themselves on their first trip. Don't waste your time.”

“I was not impressed with my recent experience with the courtesy service provided by B&B in relation to my new home. I was informed that B&B offered this service, as they treated the property during its construction. However, during the visit from AJ, I found the service to be unsatisfactory. AJ did not treat the entire home, omitting several areas, and he completed his work in approximately 30 minutes. While I acknowledge that this was a courtesy service, I expected a more comprehensive approach for our initial meeting. Given this experience, I have concerns regarding the consistency and quality of work I can anticipate in the future, so I chose to go with someone else.”
