“The customer service used to be amazing. But over the last few months it’s been terrible. Back in July I was given 3 months of credit on my service. I ended up being charged in August so I called and a rep who deleted my card to avoid it charging and advised my first payment would be December. At the end of December I received an email stating I was past due two months. When I called and explained that my first bill should’ve been December, the rep submitted a dispute to have Novembers charges removed. I was quoted a 48 hour follow up time. Since then I have spoken with 5 other agents who have either told me they would submit a request for a call back or told me I had to call back when my “case manager” was in (which nobody knew anything about). Neither resulting in a resolution or a call back. I would like to note that I asked if I should pay for the months I owed but was advise not to update my card because it would charge for the month I’m disputing. Now I get an email threatening to send me to legal collections as if I haven’t been attempting to fix this. Im fed up and frustrated that after a month I’m still dealing with this.”

“All Bug Out's are not the same. I had used the Yulee location for eight years with excellent service. When I moved to Arlington, the service was unsatisfactory. I've only received the initial spray and when I asked if the wasp nests had been removed, I was told by the technician that they were. A few days later, I found a huge inactive nest under my front porch. I called customer service and asked for the technician to come back out. I was told it would be over a week but agreed as I said I would be on a cruise for the next 10 days. When I returned from my cruise, I heard a voicemail from the technician wanting me to call him back to explain why I asked him to return. He said he was in the area and would drop by in about 10 minutes. When I returned from my cruise, the wasp nest was still there. All this could have been avoided had the technician had actually walked around my house and knocked the wasp nest down. Now I am strongly considering cancelling my contract due to the sub-par service. If they are that way at the initial, how will they be other times? I'm not wanting to find out. UPDATE: 4-days after Bug Out's response on the review that they will reach out to try to keep my business, and still no contact. There response was obviously insincere and strictly for anyone reading reviews”
