“We have had Bugout do Our lawn for weeds and fertilizing for the past 25 years. We have always had a beautiful lawn, nice full and thick until the past two years. It has been a total nightmare. I’ve had the guy tell me and tell Bugout that he had been here when he hadn’t been here because I had to open the gate while my back lawn completely died, and I had to re sod it. They were supposed to have been here on January 27. I think that’s the date 26 or 27th. I know he came and sprayed the front and the back. No notice know anything telling me anything that I needed to do. Wow no weeds Dad that’s like he fertilized the weeds My lawn looks like crap. And I don’t understand because Bugout does our pest service for the house and I love our Bugout guy and he doesn’t outstanding job. Never had a problem with bug bugs in my house. And until the past two years, I never had a problem with my lawn. But I don’t know if it’s the guy they have doing my lawn or what but they will schedule that he’s coming and then he will send me a voicemail and tell me it’s too late in the afternoon for him to do my yard that I need to call Bugout and have them put me up for first thing in the morning if I wanna get my lawn done. I just don’t understand and obviously somebody reads these because I saw a response to another customers and I got the attention to the Bugout owner so maybe I can get his attention.”
