“Used them before after mice and they were pretty good. The technicians even told me which products to buy to get rid of any insect issues. My issue now is that I had a rodent enter through one of the areas they had not previously sealed. When it was time to make the appointment, they said they couldn’t come out until two days later. Then, on the scheduled day, they texted at 1:45 to say they were on the way, 2 hours & 15 minutes before the scheduled appt. I let him know that had been scheduled for 4 pm. He said he would let the office know. I’ve had no communication from them since, neither did they show up for the 4 pm appointment time that their own office scheduled.”
