“If I could give zero stars, I would. This company was selected by our builder, not by us. For most of the contract period, we had no major issues. Unfortunately, over the past couple of months, the experience completely deteriorated due to repeated harassment from their office, specifically from a representative named Desiree (or “D,” depending on how she chooses to identify herself). Despite me clearly stating that I would reach out when I was ready, I continued to receive excessive phone calls, text messages, weekly bills, and even unannounced visits to my home, all over inspecting termite terminals. I understand the importance of maintenance, but there is a line between professional follow-up and harassment, and that line was crossed repeatedly. After canceling the service due to this behavior, the situation escalated further. I now received additional call from service manager, to see what he could do to keep us as a customer, unfortunately the damage is done. This could have been resolved very simply: respect customer boundaries and communicate professionally. Instead, I was made to feel pressured, disrespected, and overwhelmed by unnecessary contact. I do not recommend this company, not because of the service itself, but because of how customers are treated when they assert boundaries. One star is truly the bottom of the barrel, and unfortunately, it’s more than this experience deserves.”
