“We have been a customer of Bain Pest Control since th 70's - that's right - 40+ years - and we're going elsewhere. (Acct# 1069521) Bain Pest Control was recently sold to Rotokil North America - or so the representative informed us - but Rotokil NA has no idea who Bain Pest Control is... I called them to complain - and they are clueless about Bain Pest control.... problem 1 The representative refused to give me her name (7/13/22 @ 10:am) when I informed her how rude she was asking for payment before a service was provided. She implied that our $130 bill was past due when it's dated 6/30/22. problem 2 We have had an annual contract for years - they come a couple times per year and treat interior and exterior.... this last time they did not treat the exterior - they said they would return to complete the service. They did not - and now we have an ant problem and they can't come until 7/27/22 - AND WE HAVE A PROBLEM! problem 3 Do you pay for your groceries before you buy them - of course not... This place wants the payment BEFORE they come..... problem 4 Thanks to Google - we found another pest company - who is local - for the same money - with better annual services - and if you have problems - they come back without additional charge for any issue included in the annual service. I you are like we are - a family that likes to deal with local businesses, that provide quality service - we will be be a customer for any service provider many years to come. When a company loses a long term customer (40+ years) and shows no concern about the loss - it's time to move on.”
