“I love J&J. I live in Atlanta but have a home in Raceland, LA. They do an amazing job of taking care of all the pest that could get in my home. We use them for our termite bond, mice and other bugs. They show up on time, when they say they will and make sure anything that is in the house is gone when they leave that is a pest!!! “The lady I spoke with in the Houma office is rude and condescending and needs to learn how to communicate instead or raising her voice and talking down to customers. I don't need J&J, its just one of the vendors we use. Please show some respect when communicatig with clients and they will place value the partnership. I can take my business anywhere. How silly can you be to act like an idiot with your customers and expect them to want to do business with you. Someone needs to have a talk with the office person I spoke with that clearly does not know how to conduct herself and do thier job!. You can clearly tell when someone doesn't care and do not own the company by thier attidude and actions. I was in the process of making a payment for multiple properties when the employee got nasty and hung up the phone. It's noncaring employees like you that are bad news for business owners. I hope not to speak with her again. This is really a shame because until this moment I enjoyed doing business with the company. However, I won't be disrespected and treated as if I am, and our transactional business together is inconsequential.”
