“Techs were friendly enough, but office was not helpful at all. Wife called to cancel our services, as they were no longer needed. When calling in, she was expecting to pay for all the services up to that point. She did pay for what she thought were the last services, but we had two more times where the tech showed up. We turned him away saying we had canceled the service, because we thought we did. No services were rendered, but they billed us for it anyway, and followed up with threatening to send us to collections for non-payment. When mentioning we called to cancel services, they say "there are no records of cancellation, and tech was sent out." Even with notice that no services were rendered, and they made an error not canceling, we are sent a bill and threatened. Will never recommend this company to anyone ever.”
