“I was misled when I signed up. I was charged an initial set up fee and then charged for my first service. I was told on the call, which was recorded on their end, that I wouldn't be charged again till next month. They pass this off as miscommunication, but really it feels like its a way to entice people to get a service. Why not just include the first month in the initial payment. That's what I thought the 129$ start up was for. What exactly do they charge you 129$ for if not the very first service? The pleasure of using their company? The tech was not professional and didn't even look in my top cabinets. She asked as soon as she arrived if I even wanted inside done, She NEVER set up the smart box, and also tried to get me to set up my own sticky traps. I am really let down. Its so hard to just find honest reliable services nowadays. I considered canceling, but was told if I did, the remainder of the 90 period would be sent to collection. That was it. No real help or resolution. So I'm keeping the service because I've already paid! I'm leaving this review to help others BEFORE they sign up.”
