“After over ten years with Brown pest, I will not be using them again. We have a system that protects our house's crawl space and the humidity levels and mold growth that Brown installed ten years ago. Not only has that system not been maintained properly by Brown, the owner told me that the system was no longer good and that the "industry" thinks this system doesn't work and no one uses it any longer. After speaking directly with that company, it is clear that Jamie has no idea of what he is speaking about. I do not trust this company any more and will highly recommend that anyone NOT use this company. And regarding your response to this post, you did not attempt to explain with facts. You tried to spin a story to back up your idea of "taking " care of our system. The humidifiers were installed at the same time as the Atmox. Now that we have had someone come and inspect the system, the humidifiers that you referred to have not been maintained even though I have had you all come out and inspect them, filters not cleaned, filters not replaced. Atmox is now aware of your claims and your disparaging remarks about their company. This is way more than a misunderstanding, but again, that is what you do-spin a story.”
