But I try to call several times to cancel, but every time they said I need to wait for someone call me to discuss the cancellation, but nobody call me. I really don’t understand, so if they never call me back, I cannot cancel my service? Even I’m not happy with that, I still need to pay because they keep coming? They said if the inspector comes, even I’m not there, I need to pay!”
