“David came out for an inspection and to start new service for our two properties. He was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and did a very thorough job… even knocking down two old wasp nests and providing me with ant baits for the inside of the house. He was sure to ask about outside and inside pets and provided instruction on keeping them safe until the spray dried. He also talked to me concerning a barrier for the one home that has a consistently damp crawlspace in order to cut down on a recurring problem with ants. No pushing to sell that service, but rather just a great explanation as to why it would be of value… which is why I went ahead and set that up! Overall this was a great experience from the first call I made to the office to the actual service. If you need pest service and want superior customer service, Pest x is the one to call.”
