“I'm on the fence with this company. It was communicated to me at first treatment that service would be conducted on a monthly basis for treatment season and a technician would call just before the next treatment was due to schedule. The tech shared and I took t understand, treatments would be around the same date each month. I also was told I would receive some type of communication to schedule the next treatment. Nothing except a billing receipt was sent. I had to call and ask if they planned on treating again after nearly 6 weeks. If this is how treatment needs to be completed that is fine but I am busy and I really need schedules communicated and planned. I trusted that this company providing the service would reach out to deliver and not wait for the customer to reach out. They seem to have really good reviews, maybe my service profile got lost and they do call. If not, and the customer is supposed to call in to schedule, that needs to be better communicated.”
