“I recently signed a lease for a rental where my landlord is friends with the owner of this company. Just THREE days after signing our lease we saw bed bugs crawling on our walls. Jon came and sprayed yet we continued to see them for over a month and our landlord finally called him back. He said he saw no signs of them and didn’t spray again. Not even a week later I see 3 more crawling on my carpet. I was never even able to move my furniture in. Since my landlord and the owner of this company are good friends, they are BOTH now accusing me of bringing the bugs in even though I never even brought ANY of my furniture into that house because of the bed bugs that they refused to get rid of. Thankfully, I have pictures of everything. 0/10 do NOT recommend this company. Extremely unprofessional and bold face LIED saying I brought bugs into a house that I never even moved into. Not to mention, whatever they sprayed didn’t even work.”
