He is personable, knowledgable, and I like the fact that he thoroughly educated me on how termites function. He was illustrative in explaning how the "queen" and other members of the colony work to do what termites do. Nick is a wealth of knowledge, as he has a chemistry background, and doesn't mind educating people. Reminded me of being in school in a good way. I feel so blessed that he was sent to my home.
