“Service definitely gone down hill. This is reference the comment from the owner. I called to have reserviced done the last 2 times a tech was out. Both times he used his back pack to spray when it was obvious the entire yard was affected. I spent several hours (5+) picking very much live weeds from my front yard. On the eighth bag of very fulll Walmart bags, I took a picture and sent it along with an email to 3diffent addresses for flapest control. I received no comment back. The last comment I made was that if results were not apparent after the next service, I would have another company take over and that flopest control was not the only game in town. The service was done last week, my yard was left again with live weeds. True to my word, flapestcontrol was fired this morning Your company does not believe in customer service apparently”
