Pay particular attention to the responses from the owner. Snappy, condescending and insulting. This is what you will get if you hire this dude. The only way you will get him to leave you alone is to take him to court and have a judge order him to stay off your property. He will keep showing up unannounced, treating your property and slapping bills on your door. Don't believe me? Go ahead and give it a try, find out for yourself but I promise you will be sorry. See response from the owner below and go read the other ones. I emailed, mailed and even went to the commissioner of revenue's office to find the actual location of his office to deliver the letter that we no longer want his services (PER HIS CONTRACT). We still could not get this guy to stop showing up unannounced, treating our yard with stuff we did not ask for, leaving our gates open and slapping us with a bill. We finally had enough and filed trespassing charges just to get him in the same room with a judge so he could get the message. Go ahead and try company out but I promise your story will end like many, many, many of ours did.”

We simply asked how do we pay the bill and were berated on being bad customers, not paying our bills and wouldnt even take the time to simply provide the best way to pay the bill. Ready to pay the bill, but being schooled on how to be a good customer is not something we will tolerate, when we were simply trying to pay the bill. We will gladly have you cancel our service.”
