Seriously every technician (the owner Jon included!) has been super nice and helpful making sure our house was thoroughly taken care of. And their spray actually WORKS! Without it reeking of chemicals!!! Even though they only spray the perimeter outside we will still notice it work inside our house (which is nice because we have a lot of water bugs that sneak in or even flies won’t live long). We are excited to be renewing our contract with them they give great service with a great product for a great price! Highly recommended!!!”

“I recently acquired my mother's home and called Bugmasters regarding her contract. I requested that her contract be cancelled. I was then directed to the owner who asked me why I wanted to end the contract. I said that I was the new owner and wanted to go with Morgan's who is based locally (and is much cheaper by the way). At that point the owner said I was being "hostile" and he baited me into an argument. The owner then conveniently started recording the conversation after he started an argument with me as his "evidence" of my rude and erratic behavior. The owner then left a lengthy voicemail on my phone clearly trying to bait me into another confrontation. The owner is very unprofessional and rude! Don't disagree with him because you will be considered hostile and erratic! I had to give him 1 star or my review wouldn't post! I am sure he will call me a liar again for making this post!”
