“I live at 900 Acqua in VA. BEACH. Thursday 4/24 - a pest controller came to my place. I stayed away from home to allow the aroma to settle, when I arrived home I DID NOT SEE A SINGLE belly up or dead roach NOWHERE. I left, yet returned around 825PM, seeing 4 roaches crawling on my counter, I went into a rage chasing & killing all 4. Turning on the light on Friday 4/25 late night, I saw roaches again, thefore I called the rental office on 4/26 - to complain, I received an EMAIL from them on how to clean. WOW! I requested that my dishwasher be removed to find out why roaches was always coming from around that area, it was on May 7th, that the Maintenence man from here found their hiding place, helping me to understand & see where they were making babies, from the dishwasher to the very top of the cabinets under the sink, at the pipes running to the water line. With 3 cans of roach spray present, immediately the roaches were attacked, they came from EVERYWHERE!!! OUR MAINTENENCE man placed a NEW ORDER for Pest Control. On May 8th, a large frame tall white man came in, I Immediately told him of NOT SEEING A DEAD roach ANYWHERE at the last spray, but saw them throughout the weekend & week. I advised, I used my 6 foot ladder, cleaned all upper cabinets, and lower cabinets, I pulled out the refrigerator and stove. Roaches were behind the refrigerator, not the stove BUT I KILLED those with HOT SHOT ant,roach&spider spray. I retrieved sticky traps, from the rental office. I scrubbed everything with bleach& lavender, Yet the problem was still here. THIS MAN DID NOT APPRECIATE MY TELLING HIM, if you spray for roaches and not one is found dead, it's a piss poor performance of treatment. I advised I don't know who sprayed my apartment but it was definitely a piss poor job, THE MAN identified that it was him, yes I repeated, well it was a piss poor job, the man IMMEDIATELY OPENED MY DOOR and walked it. Service is of the upmost from a pest control company, NOBODY WANTS TO TOLERATE ROACHES, if a customer is DISSATISFIED with your service, you don't take it as personal, you take it as a complaint of the product being used didn't do it's job, OR ACCEPT you did not service to the satisfaction of THAT CUSTOMER. 28year experience of repair for Chesapeake&Potomac,Bell Atlantic,Verizon, dissatisfied Customer was an EVERYDAY occurance, it is then you must realize the customer IS NOT PLEASED with YOUR COMPANIES 1st impression. It is then you must realize a screw up must become a fix it up. THIS GUY GOT MAD BECAUSE I COMPLAINED ABOUT NOT SEEING DEAD ROACHES after a PROFESSIONAL SPRAY, yet I sprayed my place with 2 cans of HOT SHOT, seeing what I was expecting to see after spraying for roaches. With the worker NOT accepting that I am dissatisfied with the rendered service, but he rather walk out instead...he needs to walk himself out of the job, HE DEFINITELY DOESN'T HAVE THE ATTITUDE of helping a customer combat a roach problem she recently (after almost 3 years of living there) start experiencing. I STRONGLY give this company a RATING OF 1, for just showing up BUT NOT DOING A DAMN THING. HOT SHOT and I will take care of any problem from now on. PARAMOUNT didn't do a thing. BY THE WAY, the Maintenence man took pictures after he sprayed, and made comments about the problem in the building...THIS GUY, if he is the one coming IN to spray, I CAN CLEARLY UNDERSTAND WHY!!!!! HOT SHOT DID BETTER THAN HOME PARAMOUNT!!!!!”
