“NEGATIVE 10 STARS! This company is ridiculous, beware. Look up their BBB complaints and you’ll get the idea. Their technicians get good reviews because they text you with a link, click here to review me and I’ll get a tip! So you feel obliged, do, then Bulwark uses it as a review for their company. The majority of their BBB complaints are billing problems. We’re talking about them billing me for months of “service” to my mosquito traps DURING WINTER. Did they do this? No. Did they upsell me on the mosquito service? Yes. Misrepresentation of the services they would provide. Their weed service is ridiculous. Sure they will come back out, but should they have to? If they’re doing pre-emergent and post-emergent, why do I still have so many weeds? Speaking with the supervisors doesn’t provide results. It provides rude behavior because they are so large, they don’t care about their customers (shout out to Brandy, she’s the one nice person at the company). Do not use them. Stop using them if you do. Warn people against them.”
