“I have been an iron mantis costumer for over 2 years. Recently canceled my services because, we have security cameras on our home and the Tech is only on property maybe 15 minutes. Not to mention it shows they serviced ALL these areas, but ask yourself, How can it be done efficiently and effectively within 15 minutes? Plus we've never experienced the de-web brush come off the truck, but here's the biggest kicker, we have NO trees on our property. So what base of "trees" did they service? And bushes we have 4, anytime I did landscaping near them, there is always a bug or a few, so if it was treated how could they be living? I don't want to throw the company under the bus here either but the products used ( mentioned in an email they send after a service is completed, ) can be purchased from Ace hardware or online without licensing restrictions. Seemed to DIY for me and not enough time spent servicing my property for a paid service. Literally averaged out to about 1.5 hours total for the YEAR ( Every other month = 6 months )”
