“Had a great experience the first time they were out. Explained a lot and made sure we were doing the right things to keep bugs out of house and minimized. Next time we had them out, was fair experience but, we had a lot of residual issues. We were on vacation for a couple of weeks and came back to a huge mess of ants / ant piles near our wall and pool pump and all along our pavers. Called to have them come back as a "follow-up" treatment but missed the "30 day" by a few days and they just wanted to sell a monthly service. Wish I could recommend but, I can't if they won't stand behind the work. Definitely no way I'm giving them a $90 monthly service fee for something that should have been addressed as part of our second initial fee. Pest control should not be a monthly service if it's done correctly. Good luck to them.”
