“I scheduled weeds service a month ago and needed my lawn to be retreated. They canceled once already due to rain, which was understandable. But when they rescheduled me, the technician was suppose to come between 0800-1100. He did not show within the scheduled time so I left to handle errands. I left the back door open so he could have access to my backyard. He didn’t show up until 1415 and just left without servicing my lawn. I was told specifically that I did not need to be home for outside treatment. Called the headquarters several time, was told there was nothing they can do for me besides rescheduling me. Don’t know how this company has 4.9 stars. This will be the last time I’ll request service from them again.”
