“Called the number. Sent to what seems to be a third party customer service line. Earliest available appointment was a week out for 10 am. A day before that appointment I get a call saying the appt is now 3 pm. Then I call the morning of the app to confirm and the customer service line says 5 pm. She says she will call again later that afternoon to confirm. She never calls. I call her around 2 pm and she confirms once again 5 pm and that the tech will call me 30 minutes before he arrive. I’ve now taken off an entire day of work and it’s 6 pm and my family is home and still no one has contacted me. Long story short. Don’t waste your time like I did. Call someone else”
