“I LOVE that we have had the exact same technicians since we began with Stark in Spring of 2024. Kevin is the absolute best. He is very responsive and very dependable to be at the duplex to spray exactly when the appointment is scheduled. My female tenants absolutely love him and he makes them feel very comfortable and safe. (No complaints about the "creepy bug sprayer" EVER. This may not mean much but when you have a young daughter and the bug guy creeps her out, well, it's an issue) Stark has very professional employees and that means a lot to me!! The chemicals that are used actually WORK! No dilution of products suspected!! Right after we started using Stark and Kevin, the tenants reported 2 baby roaches. Kevin came out immediately and treated and they have NEVER seen another one! I am glad to have found such a reputable company to take care of my rental pest needs.
