They sprayed my house for insects based on the season, replace rodent bait and always come in a timely manner. Pet friendly treatments, they tell you how long before your pets should go near treated areas, use dog safe rodent bait and i was very impressed with thier knowledge and respect for avoiding spraying too close to my fish tanks! Most importantly, they are very responsive to any concerns you have. Twice I've had them out for different things, once carpenter ants too close to the house, and another time a yellow jacket Nest formed in my outdoor space.
