“I can't say enough great things about Clean Pest as a business and humans. They've gone above and beyond for our Family for YEARS. No matter the day or time, Sam, Chris and Staff are caring and empathetic to our needs both at our residence AND our business. I take solice speaking with Sam, knowing she will work around my busy life and is quick to offer a couple different appt options before I even need to ask. I've seen their business grow and know they're super busy but I always feel like a top priority. The techs take their time, knowing I have a fear of spiders they pay extra close attention and I can say we've been spider free for almost 4 years! We can't recommend them enough, and know as a Family owned business, they are trustworthy and accommodating. Thanks Clean Pest Solutions, can't recommend you enough!”

“The technician seemed fine. However, Sam, the "owner" was unpleasant, rude, condescending and just all around not a kind human. The first visit was fine. I scheduled the follow up visit and the day of the follow up visit, my work day didn't go as planned and I couldn't get home in time (as a teacher, often times things develop in day that are emergent and require a lot of follow up). I called the technician back and explain that I wouldn't make it back in time. He told me I'd have to reschedule. I have a chronically ill child and find myself a single parent after a very traumatic event. I work full time and have very little free time when not working or caring for said sick child. I called Monday 10/30 around 7:00 am and left a message stating I needed to reschedule. Sam called me back at 10:24 am on 10/30 to reschedule and offered me an appointment on 11/2 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. I explained I had to ask my mother to be there since I work full time. I hung up, called my mother who agreed, and my phone records show that I promptly had an outgoing call at 10:26 am on 10/30 in which I confirmed with the company that indeed my mother would be there. My mom sat at my house for 3 hours today. When I called to inquire why no one showed up, Sam, chastised me stating I cancelled the appointment from the last week and never rescheduled. When I explained that I had called back on 10/30 she claimed I never did. When I explained that indeed I had and my phone records indicate as much and 4 coworkers were in the office with me listening to my conversations (who would corroborate this fact), she became belligerent. She screamed over me and accused me of not calling back. I tried to explain that I was a paying customer and tried to explain to her the details of my life right now (that I would wish on no one) and that I had never been treated this poorly before by a representative of a company, she yelled "I find that hard to believe because you're a hot mess!". At that point, I asked to speak to the owner and she declared she was the owner. She demanded that I take the appointment or get my money back. I desperately do not want this company to have my money, but I cannot risk not finishing the job as I have a very chronically ill child who is immunocompromised exposed to the dangers of mice in the home. Sam was cold, callous and just downright mean. She made a mistake and instead of trying to work with me, she instantly became combative and called me (a paying customer) names. I was irritated at the inconvenience of the missed appointment when I called but not overly angry, belittling, or aggressive in any way. She just launched an attack on me that was so insulting and demeaning. Plenty of companies out there that will help you with your mouse situation....no need to use this one and put yourself in the line of fire of Sam.”

“I was freaked out about bed bugs. After a pleasant discussion on the phone where cost was explained, a service agent came out that afternoon. An extensive search was performed with no “luck.”” Next. we ventured outside. Imagine my chagrin as the kind man pointed out poison ivy in my ground cover. He even gave a tip about my mulch being too high next to my house because that would encourage carpenter ants. He was kind, professional and very helpful. I hope I never have need to reach again, but if I do, Clean Pest Solutions is definitely my “go to.””
