“If you’re a homeowner with no idea what your doing, I’m sure you’ll hire ecoshield and imagine they’re the best pest solution company in the world. I hired this company hoping to deal with the pests like everyone else, they make ants disappear no problem, but every other bug on that list wont stop. I followed all their appointments and schedules, I allowed them to spray every chance i could wanting the spray solutions to work obviously, then I came home after a few services to an ENTIRE exterior wall covered in june bugs, silverfish are still alive, spiders are still alive, rollie pollies are still alive. A technician will come and spray outside and say if he cant come in he will schedule you another point for a couple days later to return and spray inside. After getting off the phone with customer service no follow ups were ever scheduled. Customer service tells me its my fault i didnt call the office to schedule a follow up appointment after being given confirmation twice by technicians they would handle it all for me. You pay for WAY more than you receive. Another great one is they say they will come back and spray FOR FREE in between appointments if bugs are still visible, again another option that will have no prevail. And once they’ve dooped you and taken half your contracts worth of payments and you want out, you’ll have to pay that contract cancellation fee ?. Customer service reps are located out of the states so dont expect much help there either. Good luck if you choose them, i would go with someone with stronger pesticides. My neighbor hired a pest solution company that came and basically power washed his house with pesticides, made ecoshield look like a clown show.”

“If you're considering a pest solution, run far away from this corporation. The service technicians are nice, but the business practices and contracts set up by corporate entity are purposely designed to extort customers. Why would you want to support a business that operates that way when there are plenty of other options with fair practices? I signed up as a customer for exterior bug and rat treatment. After 2 treatments, I saw no difference in bugs, and my rat problem got MUCH worse due to the baiting on my property, which attracted more rats and they ended up living on property, which was not the case prior to the treatment. Ecoshield's solution was MORE bait, no thanks. Additionally, I was charged for a quarterly treatment that did not occur. I did not confirm the appointment via text as required. The technician came out anyways and my property was locked. Ecoshield charged me $189 for the service, despite not being able to perform it. When I called them to get a refund, even their own records in my account show that I was not home and the service could not be completed. However, they would not refund me, but would only offer to reschedule the service. When I said I didn't want the service, and was instead cancelling my account, they charged me a $200 fee for breaking my contract with them (which was in the terms, I don't dispute the $200), but still did not refund the $189 charge for service never rendered. $400 in fees for services I didn't even receive. Awesome customer service. Shame on you Ecoshield.”
