“I found I have an ant infestation in my home and called Saturday. I got an answering service. Today I’ve been on the phone well over an hour! They want me to set up an annual four times a year service before they’ve even assessed the situation! Then I was quoted all sorts of numbers. Usually $320, but said today was $139! Oops!! That is a mistake she said. It’s $165. When I told her my son is only paying $155 she said OK then that’s what you’ll pay too! She tells me my local company will contact me about when or if they can come today. Then she will call this afternoon to set up payment. In the meantime… I have ants 🐜 in my house. All sorts of red flags on this company. So I found the local company’s address and came here. Guess what? All the doors are locked. Someone came out a side door and I asked him if they could come today. He told me they might send someone to assess today but not necessarily do the job. While I was there, the lady called back and said they would come from 2 to 4 and do the work. But apparently, I swore while talking to the man, and now they will no longer do my service. Good riddance! I called another place, and they’re coming today. They offered me an annual service, which is three times a year and much cheaper. But they don’t want payment until they’ve come.”
