“I'm not impressed with Cleggs. First, I received an automated call saying a technician was coming on a certain day but they gave me no information as to which property they were going to. I own several properties, so I called the local Cleggs and they had no record of an inspection scheduled. Then, I received a call from the inspector as he was on his way, which I didn't get until after his supposed inspection. I called him and he did an exterior only inspection because no one was there to let him inside. That's half an inspection. Do I pay for a full inspection when I only received half? Will cancel my contract and use a local only pest control company.”
