“I agree wholeheartedly with other reviewers that this is a scam company and I would urge folks to stay clear. Just today one of their clinicians showed up to perform maintenance on a dehumidifier we purchased years ago. I said that we hadn't signed up for anything and to please go. Come to find an invoice in my mailbox even after I told him to leave. In reading reviews here I see a common theme of showing up to do services on things not agreed upon (and then billing for it). Unacceptable. I call customer service for half an hour who are dismissive and rude. They acknowledge that we didn't sign up for anything but try to instill fear about what will happen if we don't have their service. They essentially hung up on me when I told them I wouldn't pay the invoice. Do not give your business to cleggs in Asheville!”
