“If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. Beware. This is a scam company. My experience with Clegg’s has been nothing short of infuriating. They will sell you services and then fail to render such services while being dismissive and treating you with disrespect. The main salesman at Clegg's is a conman. He made big promises and tried to convince me I was getting a “great deal.” He quoted me nearly $3,000 for a carpenter bee treatment, claiming the “normal” price was $3,500. Another company ended up doing the same job for $340. That alone should tell you everything. Unfortunately, I also agreed to an expensive basement-sealing service that they completely failed to deliver. When the pests inevitably got in, they insisted I had only hired them to seal a tiny section instead of the entire basement, something that absolutely does not match what was discussed at the time of sale. The only person from Clegg’s I had a remotely positive experience with was the technician who came out for regular service. He was polite but the treatments were ineffective. I’ve had multiple bugs crawl on me inside my own house and even my dog has had bugs crawling on him, he ended up eating them. Based on my experience, I would never recommend this company. Proceed at your own risk.”

“They treated for termite control, 1 year. The technician seemed quite capable and used a probe and pumped in the solution into the foundation. I noticed a lot of dead critters in the basement afterwards. I still see evidence of ants around the exterior and Clegg' s said this is a separate treatment so I may ask about the cost of this. They did not pressure me to get an extended treatment as I told them I wanted to get a bond or certificate that the house is being treated if I sell the place.”
